Martin Bischoff – Human Factors Trainer

About me

I was born in 1980, in Erlangen, and for the last 20 years, I have been working on the frontlines of the aviation industry. As a commercial pilot, I have had the privilege to work alongside people from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds.

Whilst my main role involved flying aircraft, I am no stranger to the office environment, having worked as an Operations Manager, planning worldwide air ambulance flights.

I have been a line training captain for the Luxaviation Group since 2015. Today, Luxaviation is one of the largest business jets operators with a truly global reach.

In 2018, I qualified as a CRM (Human Factors) trainer at Lufthansa Flight Training in Frankfurt.

Experience

For quite some time, I have been focussing on human factors in the aviation industry, and I would like to share my experience with other industries.

Highest standards

I have been working for Luxaviation since 2015. Luxaviation is one of the world’s largest operators of private jets. As a line training captain, I am responsible for training new pilots.

Training

In 2018, I qualified as a Crew Resource Management trainer (Human Factors trainer) at Lufthansa Flight Training in Frankfurt.
