I’m Martin

I have been working on the frontlines of the aviation industry for more than 20 years.

In aviation, the human factor has been identified as the main cause of most accidents.

In 2018, I became certified as a Crew Resource Manager/CRM (Human Factors) trainer at Lufthansa Flight Training in Frankfurt. Now, I am helping other branches to improve their human factors.
