Nächster HUMAN FACTORS Workshop: Samstag, 28. September 2024 JETZT ANMELDEN noch 10 freie Plätze
The course covers all aspects of "Human Factors", and the many lessons the aviation industry has learnt through decades of experience with complex operations involving "liveware". The course is relevant to any business or operation, as the experience gained by the aviation industry translates readily to how we interact and work together as people.
We will discuss and learn strategies for how to optimise interactions to ensure clear communication; prevent and minimise human error; and capture these errors when they inevitably do occur. The workshop is based on the latest knowledge in aviation, which continuously evolves, especially as working practices and hardware develops.
Pilots have been instructed in Crew Resource Management (CRM) principals and best practices for decades, since the 1970s. The course bridges these concepts from the specific world of aviation to a wide range of industries, reviewing examples of real-world incidents to provide relatable context to the theories presented.
